A vast resource of this country is our senior citizens.  The numbers of seniors will only increase as the baby boom generation enters this phase of their lives.  This generation is amongst the brightest and best that has gone through our nation.  We need to be prepared to receive them and they need to be prepared to contribute what we are going to be asking of them.  These individuals need to be recognized and called upon.  The organizations that have been created by for seniors such as AARP need to be bolstered to adapt and be ready for the numbers that are coming.   The leaders in the Baby Boom generation need to be responsible for this transition.  This message is to our seniors and Baby Boomers.  Your work is not done and we are calling upon you.  Senior citizens also need to be valued and utilized to their fullest extent.  Seniors need to use not only their prescription medication but also using vitamins.  Please use the benefits of health supplements, in particular creatine NO2, and a multi vitamin.  This will very much help your cardiovascular and mental wellbeing, especially if combined with light cardiovascular exercise and light weight training.  Although be forewarned, just don't over do it.  Keep it light, steady and consistent.  None of us are going to compete in the Olympics at this point but we still need to train for the Olympics of life ahead.  Baby Boomers - Please take further responsibility.  The economy has been good to you - please don’t fade into the woodwork now.  I am calling on you now to help us through this most difficult time in our Nations History.  You are the glue.
